Information you submit

When you submit the inquiry form, the information you provide is stored in the website database and the site queues an internal email notification for Nick. The notification includes your inquiry type, contact details, message, additional details, the page you submitted from, and the server timestamp; your submitted email address is used as the reply-to address. If notification delivery fails temporarily, the inquiry remains stored and the site automatically retries. The form does not send an email confirmation to you or forward inquiries to an external CRM.

How it is used

Inquiry information is intended to support Nick’s follow-up about your request, not enrollment in a marketing list. Your submission stays in the website database if an email notification fails. Confirmation provides an inquiry reference for your records. Email-service acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Analytics

If site analytics are enabled, the site may record page views and interactions such as form starts, form completion, and phone or email link clicks. Analytics events do not include your name, email address, phone number, message, or property details.
